Subject: Star Touring and Riding – Annual Texas Rally

Dear Business Owner/Manager:

All the Star Touring and Riding Chapters of Texas will be holding their annual state rally in Kerrville. The rally will be held June 8th and 9th 2007 at the Y.O. Ranch Resort Hotel. Based on past rallies, we’re expecting 250+ participants.

Most importantly Texas STAR Chapters will be donating a truckload of food and personal items to the Christian Assistance Ministry Food Pantry during the event. The donation is possible due to our fund raising activities during 2006.

All the funds raised will go to the “Feed the Children” organization that provides the donated food. To this end we are asking for your help. We are in need of a number of items that will be used to raise funds during this rally.

Specifically, we are in need of:
 Bottled Water (individual sizes)
 Can Drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc)
 Snacks (Individual sizes)
